Ensure that you have completed Peer Specialist Core and Supplemental Training and have a digital copy of your certificate of completion.

Fill out the online application form below, providing the correct personal information and a copy of your Supplemental Training Certificate of Completion.
Wait for PeerHubTX to review your application and notify you of the outcome. Applications can take up to 5 business days to review.
If your application is approved, PeerHubTX will notify you via email and provide a letter you will upload to your Certemy account.
